I have a strong art background from my five years spent at an arts high school before earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Art History. My communications experience began merely as a point of interest that grew into a passion, which I hope to channel into a new career beginning in 2021 as I complete my second master's, this time in PR & Corporate Communication at Georgetown University here in DC. Career shifts are scary, but I've spent the last four years purposefully pursuing communications opportunities on top of my regularly assigned job duties, so I feel ready to take on a communications title. My dream job would be combining communications strategy with graphic design and working for a mission-driven agency or organization that is progressive, is willing to take risks, and reflects the diversity of our country.
